Converted from a charming bungalow into a modern, fully equipped practice—with a theatre, X-ray facilities, dental machines, and ample parking—we provide trusted, compassionate veterinary care to pets and their owners in Newquay and the surrounding areas.
Our experienced team of vets, veterinary nurses, and support staff deliver both routine and emergency care. As an independent practice, we offer a wide range of services including in-house referrals with specialist cardiologists, orthopedic surgeons, and soft tissue surgeons. We also provide complementary treatments such as acupuncture, laser therapy, and raw feeding support, alongside puppy training classes and home visits.

We’re located just half a mile down Trevelgue Road in Porth, on the site of St Francis’ Dogs Home. You’ll find us on the right-hand side—look out for our signs and the large gravel car park.
We have plenty of parking and step-free access right to the door.
Out-of-Hours
Our out-of-hours service is provided by the dedicated team at Edhen Vets Truro, located at our main site in Shortlanesend, Truro.
If your pet becomes seriously unwell, they may need to be hospitalised. In this situation, one of our experienced team members will provide continuous care for them throughout the night, day, or weekend at our Truro practice.
We understand how difficult it can be to have your pet away from home. To reassure you, we use WhatsApp to share photos and videos, so you can see how your pet is being cared for during their stay with us.
