Welcoming a new puppy or kitten into your home is always an exciting time, but it’s not always easy to know where to start with their health care and training needs. Our nursing team is here to help! With an extensive range of knowledge, from feeding tips to training advice and grooming needs, they’re always available to guide you through your new companion’s care.

Puppies
- A full check over from their button noses to the tips of their tails, to ensure they are in tip top condition
- Provide you with flea, worm and tick treatment
- Microchip if required
- Provide you with information on the care they will need throughout their life, and discuss neutering, behaviour, socialisation, dental care and general wellness
- Administer their primary vaccine course and advise you as to when boosters are required
- Provide you with your pets’ very own health booklet to keep a record of their vaccinations and journal any milestones they may reach, like losing their first tooth, or their first beach walk!
- Introduce you to our Edhen 365 club, a great way to spread the cost and save money on your pet’s routine preventive health requirements
- Discuss insurance and introduce you to Pet Plan’s free four-week Immediate Veterinary Cover if you wish
- Invite you to our Puppy Parties! These are run on Friday afternoons for puppies between 8 and 16 weeks. They are a great way for your pup to socialise with other puppies and the veterinary team in a happy and positive environment.
- Discuss our instant messaging platform, Pets App, where you can contact a member of our team, make enquiries, and keep up to date if your animal is ever in the hospital with us, (we will always send cute photos of your pets during their stay!)

Kittens
