Edhen Vets Truro opened back in the summer of 2021. Since then we have expanded our close-knit team of vets, nurses, receptionists,  nursing assistants, and admin staff. We offer 24/7 round-the-clock care for clients and their pets. Since opening, we have expanded our services to include in-house referral work with cardiologists, orthopedic surgeons, and soft tissue surgeons, as well as, holistic treatments and alternative medicines, raw feeding, laser therapy, acupuncture, puppy training classes, home visits, village visit days, and a long list more, all from under the same roof!

How to find us

We are situated on the B3284 in the middle of Shortlanesend Village; you can find us in between the pub and the Church on the roundabout.

We have parking for 7 cars and disability access.

Out of Hours

Emergency Out of Hours Service care is provided by Edhen Vets Truro – Our main site in Truro operates as our overnight care practice.

If your pet is really poorly it may need to be hospitalised, in which case one of our team will be looking after them throughout the night, day or weekend within our Truro practice.

We know how scary it is to have your pet away from home. We like to use our instant messaging platform Petsapp to send you photos and videos of them whilst they are enjoying their hotel butler service stay.
