Insurance Claims

This page is designed to increase the efficiency of processing our clients insurance claims. This page allows us to have a central database of when all claims were submitted so we can guarantee quicker turnaround times, especially where paper forms are involved. Caitlin our Customer Care Manager handles all of our insurance claims and this information will allow her to process the claim as quickly as possible.

Please note we will only consider Direct claims with the following companies:

Animal Friends
Many Pets

NB. When carrying out a Direct Claim we do require a Credit Control Form to be completed where we will need two forms of ID, including a photographic ID and proof of address.

Please be aware our turn around time for all insurance claims in 14 working days, we endeavor to complete each claim as soon as possible, and we will contact you should we need any further information.
